We’re excited to have you join our community! In preparation for your child’s first day we ask that you complete the below steps. Please be in touch if you have any questions or would prefer to complete your child’s enrollment in person.

Step 2: Complete and Sign
The following documents require your signature. Please download each document, enter any necessary information, and sign. These documents can be submitted electronically in step 3.
Step 3: Your child’s information
Please complete our online enrollment form so we have all the information we need about you and your child. In addition to entering information, you will be asked to upload your child’s immunization records, your child’s photo, and a photo of your child’s family.
You will not be able to submit this form without uploading your child’s immunization records so we recommend you have those records in hand prior to beginning.
